iglidur Q3E csapágyak | Költséghatékony nagy teherbírású csapágyak nagyszériás gyártáshoz
A Q3E siklócsapágyak két alkotóelemből áll: a belső siklófelület a lehető legkisebbre csökkenti a súrlódási tényezőt és a kopást, míg a külső réteg mechanikailag nagy szilárdságot biztosít. A siklócsapágyakat kétkomponensű injektálással állítják elő, ami sorozatgyártás esetén rendkívül költséghatékony.
 
Magas terhelésre;
Az iglidur Q3E anyagból készült siklócsapágyak alkalmasak olyan nagy igénybevétellel járó alkalmazásokhoz, ahol hagyományosan fém vagy szálas kompozit perselyeket használnak, és a költségek csökkentésére törekszenek, többek között az építő- és mezőgazdasági gépek iparában is. Ezek maximális megengedett felületi nyomása 180 MPa, tehát számos nagy igénybevétellel járó alkalmazásokat fedhetnek le.
 
Önkenő és karbantartásmentes
A döntő előny: a siklócsapágyak nem igényelnek rendszeres kenést, ami karbantartási és kenőanyagköltségeket takarít meg. Mikroszkopikus szilárd kenőanyagok vannak beépítve a belső réteg polimerjébe, amelyek fokozatosan szabadulnak fel a csapágy használata során. A Q3E siklócsapágyakkal elkerülhetőek a kenés elhanyagolása vagy nem megfelelő elvégzése miatt bekövetkező, költséges tengely- és siklócsapágy-károsodások.
