iglidur® i150, filament for 3D printing

iglidur i150 is an easy-to-process, wear-resistant 3D printing filament for moving applications. Thanks to its integrated solid lubricants, it is particularly well-suited for functional components such as plain bearings, guides, gears, grippers, or wear parts – anywhere standard filaments like PLA or PETG, as well as milled parts made of POM or PA, reach their tribological limits.

When should I use a different material?  

• Long-term operating temperature > 65°C (→ iglidur i180/iglidur i190/iglidur J260)
• Maximum wear resistance (→ iglidur i190/iglidur i190PF/iglidur J260)
• Food-grade compliance according to FDA and EU 10/2011 (→ iglidur i151 or iglidur A350 for temperatures up to 180 °C)
