Perfect for strength and coordination training

The SLIDE from InGymNeering GmbH is the small and smart rope hoist that is perfect for strength and coordination training in personal training, physiotherapy and at home. The product consists of the drylin® W profile guide and the drylin® W pillow block WJ200UM-01, which ensures easy and smooth height adjustment during training. The SLIDE impresses with its compact size and space saving and its elegant design. It is available in round and square rail shapes and in two sizes, 30 and 40mm wide, and in lengths of one to two metres. Colour requests are also an option, so the rail can be anodised in certain colours and the carriage can be powder-coated.

Problem

In sports, sweat (salt water) and dirt in the form of chalk is always a wear factor for training equipment. In outdoor applications, wind and weather also pose a challenge. The linear rails must also withstand high forces and withstand dynamic loads. In addition, it should be wear-resistant and function smoothly.

Solution

The drylin® W series, which can withstand high loads and was developed for outdoor use, can demonstrate its strengths in the SLIDE. Lightweight, robust and completely without lubrication. The construction with linear guides also saves space and easy assembly is also guaranteed. drylin® W linear guides can be configured online in different sizes.  They offer high rigidity and strength, as well as dirt resistance. Due to their lack of lubrication, igus products do not require any external lubrication and they meet the highest demands in terms of durability and wear resistance. Colour requests are possible due to the anodising process of the linear guides and the powder coating of the carriages.

The small, smart rope hoist that is perfect for training with resistance bands. The SLIDE is a flexible anchor that is suitable for all resistance bands up to a weight of 80kg. It is an ingenious addition to training and offers a variety of exercises that provide perfect support, e.g. rowing, sprints, biceps curls, butterfly, stabilisation exercises and many other movements. The training can be designed very simply and effectively. The rope hoist can be attached to the wall or a wooden beam and has a height of 1.8 metres, is approx. 8cm wide and protrudes approx. 4cm. Thanks to its compact size and elegant design, it fits perfectly into any room.
